In 2018, CCAA was granted qualification to formulate, review and publish group standards. In 2019, “CCAA AdministrationMeasures on Group Standards” was issued and Technical Committee for Group Standards was set up accordingly. Up to end of 2022, CCAA had received 192 applications for project initiation among which 116 were approved and 37 Group Standards were published. Preliminary system, aiming to promote airport development, for airport Group Standards, covering Safety, Green, Smart and Humanity–known

as 4-type Airport – was established. As trade association, CCAA has become a major driving force for Group Standards progress by providing strong support for industry development in China.
